Behind the Scenes
Our mission at Drive to Excelerate is to raise funds to help defray the cost of driving lessons and/or a driver’s license.
We believe this program will have a direct impact on the earning power of our Stark county residents as well as aid potential employers to find employees so that eligible workers will then contribute to the community.

Your program helped us so much - with the cost of everything going up it was going to take me awhile to save for his classes. We are so thankful for your program! He actually interviewed on Tuesday for a job at Giant Eagle and is hired. He’s getting his work permits and physical forms signed this week and will be going to orientation after. We are a rural school district with the majority of our student population not living within walking distance of a workplace. This makes it very difficult for many students to get employment. Drive to Excelerate has gifted several students in our district driving school fees which their families could not afford. These students have successfully completed the classes and now have their driver's license which enabled them to get employment. Not only does this employment give them great work experience, but it allows them to save for a vehicle and in many cases pay for their own auto insurance, which the families are not able to afford. Drive to Excelerate is helping to set students up for SUCCESS! We appreciate all the assistance you have given our students.
