Drive to Excelerate Process

1. Fill out the application below and return to Drive to Excelerate. 

2. If approved, it is the applicant's responsibility to contact driving school/bureau and schedule appointments and attend all lessons. 

3. Drive to Excelerate will pay the schools/bureaus directly.
